Depending on the number of participants different sports will have different formats. More the participants the more the likelihood of it being a knockout.

All female participants will be provided accomodation in campus. We will try to do the same for all male participants. If the number exceeds our capacity accomodation will be provided elsewhere close to the campus.

No, you will have to register before the event to be able to take part but you can take part in fun events.

You are required to get the latest fee receipt of college and an original ID proof issued by the institute for each participant.

Registration fees are supposed to be paid within a week of your registration. Once paid, there will be no refund issued in any case.
